On a positive note my husband (my steadfast supporter) and I are starting a water aerobics class on Dec. 1st. It's 3 nights a week and designed for weight loss as well as muscle toning. Wish us luck!

Meaning i sat on top of the trailer with him so he didn't fall off and we knew where he was. I felt every pot hole and washboard in the road. Still am. today we have 38 and rain. So ontop of the regular daily pain my artheritis from my youg and stupid days is acting up. pass the advil this wasy--lol
