  • Melody, your story sounds a lot like mine!  My "baby" is almost 21 y/o, so I can hardly blame her for the excess weight any longer.  I am now 48 with some real health issues and being overweight doesn't help.  I am afraid that as time goes by, if I remain overweight, more health issues will develop.  I don't want that!  So I am here at Slimfast.com once again to try.  I saw the new packaging with the 3 2 1 thing at the store and thought I would check it out.  My biggest bad these days is actually NOT EATING.  Typically, I have coffee and water at work all day and sometimes a vending machine snack in the afternoon.  Then when I get home, I am so tired that I don't want to cook, so I grap something fast and easy... like a bowl of cereal or a PB & J.  Sure, I'm losing a little bit of weight, but not much.  And I feel AWFUL!!!  Maybe this plan will help me get back on track.

  • hi Im at a weight that I have never been before 194 so I understand how it is to lose the weight,I have trouble at night it is when I eat the most and go off the diet I am always hungary and I know you pobably are having a problem sticking to a diet like me maybe we can help each other

  • Hello Melody my name is Tara.  I to have done the slimfast before.  In 2002 I weighed 230 pounds, On January 17 that year I decided (after watching a home video from Christmas morning) I was going to change my life, I started on the slimfast program that day.  The next January I was down to 154.  I was extatic (sp) I had lost 74 pounds. 

    Well since then I have unfortunatly gained back 40 pounds.  I know it can be done because I have done it before, I just have to do it again.  I just have to stay focused, motivated, get EXERCISE, and drink my water.  Right now I am sitting at about 194, I am also not looking to be a super model,  I just want to be comfortable in my clothes and stop having all this extra hanging over my pants.

  • Hello. Im new to this program. but not too slim fast.  I am hoping to change my lifestyle for a healthier more active me. I love the outdoors, i have a bicycle that collects dust and is a great hoem to spiders. :~) I have a tread mill that is used for hangin clothes, towels, etc.

    I have felt the motivation in the past and i did start a excersise regimen.. it didnt last long.. So here i am once again.

    I had my 1st baby 14 years ago (long time i know). I started the slim fast program about 5 months after delivery. I was 150lbs. before pregnancy 105. I was determined to loose weight, i was loyal to my slim fast shakes, fruit snacks, water, etc. I dropped to 115 within a few months. I was a happy camper back then :~)

    Now i am facin a heavier battle. 2 more children and I gained absolutely every pound plus more i am 195 now. I am saddened by the fact i have allowed myslef to get so heavy. Stress, a divorce, comfort food, post-p depresion, pregnancies, hypo thyroid and now diabetes have absolutely contributed to my weight.

    I am ready to stop the excuses and start eating right, i am nt after a model body just one that can make me feel good about myself again. I am willing to be loyal to the slim fast shakes again.. especially with the technology we have now, support groups, slim fast snacks, tips ets.. i know i can make a change in my life.. one day at a time..

    I would like to make  a few support pals and even friends..
