    Greetings everyone.  I am new to SlimFast site in last two weeks.  I have not had a lot of time to get online, but am interested in finding some people to connect with on this journey to better fitness and health.

    I am 46 and about 25 pounds overweight.  I have kept my weight steady for the last calendar year,but just can't get off these pounds that make me look round unnecessarily. I did Weight Watchers about 4-5 years ago and was successful.  I wanted to try something that took less time and money. I am busy, move a lot in my job and at home, don't feel like I eat crazy, but obviously I will have to get more scientific than all of that.  Because I am tired of being round. Curvy, fine, - round, no thanks.

    I have noticed that lots of people JOIN groups, but few actually post.  It is helpful, too, to read others' conversations, frustrations, and tips, but I'd like to find a few buddies.
