  • Try spicing up your food a bit..I do it and it works wonders....

  • I am also new on here. Just a suggestion on the water intake, as I also was having a problem with that much water... Try buying those powder single mixes to mix with water. I use them all day at home (I work evenings). I hate tap water, but with the mixes, I save on bottled water! There are many different brands and flavors available, but my ultimate favorite is OceanSpray Cran Grape. It is DELICIOUS and only 5 calories per serving...2 servings is a large glass of water. So you are looking at some extra calories throughout the day, but it is so worth it to me. Kroger also has a "fitness" one that is low cal and has an amazing 5 grams of fiber per packet!

    As for working out...another member on here recommended "walking the pounds away" dvd... I just ordered it. Looks easy.

  • I am new to the slim-fast program, joined on the 28th of Jan.  I am trying to loose weight for my health and appearance.  My boyfriend says he likes me just as I am however he is supportive of my decission. I am basicly doing the Shakes for Breakfast and Lunch and a Snak bar, then I have a meal with my boyfriend in the evenings. Having a tough time getting water down.  I am using a pedometer and so far my steps have increased each day. I am trying to get motivated to workout again, I hate to go to the gym so I work out at home, with a stabilzer ball, free weights and a stepper, that has a cable to work you upper body.
