  • Welcome-I agree, I started keeping my laptop plugged in in the kitchen open to this site.  When I am making dinner I am reviewing messages etc, also when I get the munchies I try to get on the site to make sure I stay focused.  So far so good.  tomorrow is day 7 and so far about 5 lbs lost.  I am making sure everything I put in my mouth is logged on my diet plan.

  • Hi, Blondie! I'm new, too. I want sooooooooooo bad to lose weight, any amount, but I'l like to at lease lose 20-30 lbs. If I can lose more that would be great, but for now 20 will help. I've tried so many times before, lasts for a few days, then I'm back on junk eating. My doctor has told me I need to get my BP & cholesterol down or he will put me on meds. Ugh! I don't really want to do that. May be we can motivate each other. I'm excited, too, about this plan, it seems ver do-able to me. Want to be diet buddies??

  • I am really excited to try this plan.  I have gained about 40 lbs after loosing 90 after a divorce. I hate it so I am determined to loose it again.  I will neeed lots of advice and support hope I can count on y'all
