Oh don't I know these days?!  Here in Texas our weather has been quite squirrely as well.  It wreaks havoc on my poor body.  Luckily, since I work from home, my eating habits stay the same but the excercising has been hit and miss.  When the "fog" sets in and it hurts to just exist it's hard to muster up enough energy to go to the bathroom much less excercise. 

On a positive note my husband (my steadfast supporter) and I are starting a water aerobics class on Dec. 1st.  It's 3 nights a week and designed for weight loss as well as muscle toning.  Wish us luck!

It is nice to see a few other people here willing to share about their pain.  It can be so hard. I have SLE and somedays it just hurts to breath( sorry guys i missed out to the spelling gene).  today is going to be one of those days.  Saturday we had sunny and 75--i went out with the family to get the hay in.  My 3 yro grandson and I had the oh so important job of sitting on the top hay bails. Meaning i sat on top of the trailer with him so he didn't fall off and we knew where he was. I felt every pot hole and washboard in the road.  Still am. today we have 38 and rain.  So ontop of the regular daily pain my artheritis from my youg and stupid days is acting up. pass the advil this wasy--lol
