  • Hoping for a good start

    I have been drinking the shakes on and off for a few weeks, but am hoping to dig in starting this weekend. Would love to share this struggle with others. I never have followed through with drinking lot's of water. Does anyone know if that is a significant help?

    Dear Jenny, It's so discouraging when that weight comes back after such hard efforts and success in getting some of it off! I know, I was slim this tme last yr. But Christmas cookies (handfuls of them at a time) really did me in) and I can't seem to get back into getting my scale moving downward...
