Anyone seen this new plan, or is anyone doing it? It stands for 3 snacks, 2 slim fast meals, and 1 sensible meal a day. As far as I can tell, it is about 1200 calories a day. Sorry I haven't posted recently. We took our kids to Branson this week and I didn't really have much of a chance to access the internet. I did not do well with the eating, but the exercise was off the chain!! Swimming, golfing, climbing, walking, etc. I am just getting back on the Slimfast plan...
