  • Slim Fast 3-2-1?

    Anyone seen this new plan, or is anyone doing it? It stands for 3 snacks, 2 slim fast meals, and 1 sensible meal a day. As far as I can tell, it is about 1200 calories a day. It is supposed to deliver quick weight loss. They aren't launching their new website until December. There is limited info...
