    Sorry I haven't posted recently. We took our kids to Branson this week and I didn't really have much of a chance to access the internet. I did not do well with the eating, but the exercise was off the chain!! Swimming, golfing, climbing, walking, etc. I am just getting back on the Slimfast plan...

  • In Need of a Buddy!!!

    I'm new to this SF and I have no buddies to work with and lose weight. I'm 27 almost 28 this May, I'm 5'7" and 226 (232 on 3/16/09) and I want to lose about 40-50 pounds by the end of this year but want to lose at least 20 pounds by my birthday this coming May at the end of the month...
