Sorry I haven't posted recently. We took our kids to Branson this week and I didn't really have much of a chance to access the internet. I did not do well with the eating, but the exercise was off the chain!! Swimming, golfing, climbing, walking, etc. I am just getting back on the Slimfast plan...
