I just recently went back on the slimfast diet today,which i had a tasty slim fast bar for breakfast and skim milk. The bar was very tasty itwas Chewy CHocolate Crisp and it was very good i would get it again.

This morning I had my coffee later one a warm glass of water with lemon,It suppose to clean out your system,following up with a slimfast, i just had kots of watermelon and water,and i'm about to have another slimfast,and of course I'm waiting for dinner. This has been the most tentatives 2 days...

Sorry I haven't posted recently. We took our kids to Branson this week and I didn't really have much of a chance to access the internet. I did not do well with the eating, but the exercise was off the chain!! Swimming, golfing, climbing, walking, etc. I am just getting back on the Slimfast plan...
