I am new to writing on this site..been on slim fast for the past 6 months and lost so far 10 pounds. but every now and then I lip and fall of the barn wagon..I am on it again it is not easy but am determin to lose the other 50 pounds or so.. I am to report that I weighed in at 273 lbs this morning. I weighed twice to be sure...that is 8 lbs ladies...I am so happy today. And I'm encouraged to hung in with this new diet. It's getting easier to make healthy food choices and I'm eating every 3 hrs now so I'm not miserable anymore...
