  • What I eat today!!!

    This morning I had my coffee later one a warm glass of water with lemon,It suppose to clean out your system,following up with a slimfast, i just had kots of watermelon and water,and i'm about to have another slimfast,and of course I'm waiting for dinner.     I feel terrible. I don't think I can do this. This almost sounds like a crock of crap even thinking it. I think I am addicted. I can't fight my cravings for sweets and junk! I got rid of all the really bad stuff in the house, but I have a 3 y/o who still has some snacks.. I want to eat his stuff...

  • night=time cravings

    did great on my 1st day at work on new diet. i work in office full of food!!! my slim-fast shake kept me on track. after dinner is the toughest for me. any buddies with ideas to keep me focused. my daughter has candy and i'm struggling to not tear open the box!!!
