I don't want to Loose Bust, no not ever.  The girls get too small and hang like a tennis ball in a sock.  Yes enjoy that mental image.  Hehe.

HeeHee HEE!  The clothes are getting baggy for sure!  That's good of course---pants are loose, some are baggy( down right dangerous) others just getting baggy in the butt--you know, they probably were getting too tight too wear before I started this.  I'm not losing bust yet ----soon I hope!!

Hi Joy!!!  I'm loving your enthusiasm!!!!  It is giving me what I need to get through the day today!!!  Thanks for the compliment on the stars....it too me forever to figure out how to get that there...I'll be more than glad to share with you how...just way the word and it's done...step by step instructions!  LOL  I hope that you have a wonderful Easter as well and yup...tomorrow is weigh in day!!!  Yay!!!  Are you excited?  Are those clothes baggier this week than last?  I'm sure they are!!!!  And careful on that hoping...remember...your pants are loose and may fall off!!!  LOL

Becky, I am praying for you and your husband.  Cancer outcomes have improved so much over the years and are still improving--keep your hopes up and trust in God to reach down and surround you with peace and health!  God answers prayers!

I've done well with SF these last couple of days--sticking to my meal plan and doing lots of walking and stretches!  I can't hardly wait until I can get on my treadmill and go miles and put on areobics and do 30 min.  I weigh too much now but it won't be long before I'll be HOP, HOP, HOPPIN ALONG!    HAhahaha  okay; Happy Easter everyone!  just in case I'm too busy tomorrow to get here....   Ohh yeah, tomorrow is weigh day isn't it?  Guess I'll talk to everyone tomorrow  Tadaa for now---Joy

Hello to all! Haven't been on line much, have been sick all week. I didn't get a chance to work out or weigh in this week. Haven't done as well as i would have liked this week eating, but once i feel better and get up moving more...I'll be back on track. Hello Aloha Group, I want to thank for all your prayers for my husband. We got the results back on his biospy, It is cancer. We go to the cancer center tomorrow. they will let us know what kind of cancer he has.So as soon as I found out I will let you know. I will not be on this site for awhile
