Just looking to connect with others out there who are trying to lose a lot or a little weight.

A staff member at our school has been bringing along Slim-Fast drinks to drink for lunch, and I decided to give it a go. Really enjoy the drinks and like the fact that I don't have to worry about over-eating. I just know that I have the vanilla shake to drink for lunch, and so far (three days now) it has gone pretty well. Curious to see how the weekend goes.

Good luck to all of you out there.
