I know you can do it if you stay focused on the goal. I just decided yesterday to get started and I blew it already, so I am starting over with today. I think I will do better today because I have to work and that will keep me busy. I packed my lunch for the first time in a long time. Normally I always go out to eat and I don&amp;#39;t always go for something &amp;quot;healthy&amp;quot; and the portion sizes are too large and I just flat-out eat too much! I agree with you about the meal plans, shopping lists and recipes. I think I will succeed with all the support this site has to offer.
