&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m starting out also, but I&amp;#39;ve heard that drinking water helps. It&amp;#39;s hard to do but supposedly the idea is to drink 8oz of water each time 1/2 hour before you eat and it will help you have a more &amp;quot;full&amp;quot; feeling. We can try it together. I don&amp;#39;t know if I have the self-control to drink water and wait a half hour before I eat anything but I will try.
