I want the old me back ....we can do this ! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item><item><title>Re: old dieter...new to slim fast</title><link>http://www.slim-fast.com/thread/44353.aspx</link><pubDate>Mon, 02 Nov 2009 21:38:40 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">b27fbe55-a45c-486c-8a8b-9ae2ace276c5:44353</guid><dc:creator>Kimberly</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><comments>http://www.slim-fast.com/thread/44353.aspx</comments><wfw:commentRss>http://www.slim-fast.com/connections/groups/fresh_start/f/7167/p/44353/commentrss.aspx</wfw:commentRss><description>&lt;p&gt;I think Slim Fast works very well...when I was going through my divorce and hurt my back I go up to about 210...then down to about 170 using Slim Fast.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve used plenty of other diets, including Weight Watchers and LA Weight Loss and using a personal trainer, but Slim Fast seemed to work the best...probably because it&amp;#39;s cheaper and I don&amp;#39;t need to sign up for something or buy too much stuff.&amp;nbsp; Over the last year I&amp;#39;ve gotten down to 160...but I really lost my motivation.&amp;nbsp; I really want to be within my BMI range...my back is much better after having surgery and loosing weight but I still bothers me sometimes.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m trying to loose 6 pounds by Thanksgiving!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So, you can totally loose 16 pound by Jan. 1!!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
