&lt;p&gt;I am just starting my 3rd week, and am still looking for buddies.&amp;nbsp; I think the first week is the toughest, that&amp;#39;s when you really have to establish a routine.&amp;nbsp; Now starting the 3rd week I feel&amp;nbsp;like I can&amp;#39;t remember what it was like before I was working&amp;nbsp;out everyday and eating healthy.&amp;nbsp; My friend is 6 weeks in and says she doesn&amp;#39;t really crave the junk she used too.&amp;nbsp; That&amp;#39;s where I&amp;#39;m hoping to get too!&amp;nbsp; I am also hoping to lose about 50 lbs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I started (again) today...messed up a bit but not too bad...and tomorrow&amp;#39;s another day.&lt;/p&gt;
