I have started amping up my exercise time and hopefully, that will help me expend some of my energy instead of stuffing my face. Does anyone know if there is another challenge starting anytime soon? If there is, I definitely want in on it, I need the opportunity to be publically accountable to myself in a safe environment.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am so proud of all of you who took part in this challenge, the path is not easy, but together we can make the journey fun!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Try cutting your carbs down to under 150 per day, you will loose weight without even trying!&amp;nbsp; I have a friend who became diabetic and was put on a divided 150 carb diet- 45 per meal, and 15 per snack x 2, she lost 35 lbs, and controlled her diabetes.&lt;/p&gt;

Let me start again!&amp;nbsp; This sight makes me so angry!&amp;nbsp; Anyway.... I haven&amp;#39;t lost anything this week and I am about ready to give up.&amp;nbsp; I have been dealing with 3 sick babies for the past week and a half in and out of hospital.&amp;nbsp; I am eating and I&amp;#39;m exercising in way of up and down stairs to laundry and baths, and to the hospital (afraid of elevators so I take the stairs), washing walls, and floors, and just constant running and cleaning. I lost one pound and to me that&amp;#39;s pathetic since I&amp;#39;m doing so much.&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t have the support I need and I don&amp;#39;t have the finances to buy these fancy exercise machines.. I don&amp;#39;t know what to do.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m up for an easter challenge but I need support of some kind and I&amp;#39;m not even sure what that support is.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
