  • Hi DeeDee, good to see you here. I was at the drs yesterday and my bp was normal for me. It's on the low end, but that is what I have been running.   My bp yesterday was 102/70.

    Bunny,  Could your dizziness been from low blood sugar? Occasionally I will be dizzy and I will eat something, and feel better. But last week that didn't happen.  My hair has been falling out alot also. It is so thin now.  I'm not sure what to do about it.  My weight has been fluctuating some. I know tomorrow I will be up.  I have been drinking my water. Maybe my salt intake is too high. I need to start counting calories again.. Yesterday my weight at the drs was 144, but I had boots on and all my clothes. At home I am nude when I weigh. So I know some of the gain there was the clothes and boots. We will see tomorrow where I am at. I did measure and my waist is down another inch, a total of 14 inches since I started. I measure my hips and l leg also. My hips were the same and my leg was down .5in. My size 10 pants are a might too big, but not enough to go into an 8 yet.

  • Wow, glad to hear you are feeling better.  How low is low bp for you.  I have noticed since I lost all this weight and been exercising mine has gotten pretty low at times.  This afternoon I was even dizzy, once that stopped I got a huge headache.  I took my bp and was pretty normal so I guess that wasn't it.  Went to the dr today for a physical and having some blood workup tomorrow.  I have had my hair falling out these last few months.  Sometimes when I try to fix my hair, I stare in the mirror and cry.  I can see my scalp right through.  I have tried everything I can think of. 

    My weight has been fluctuating so much lately.  I don't think I am having enough water and eating too much salt or something.  I went everywhere from 156 this weekend to 169.  HUGE difference.  I need to start up my videos again and work on toning.  I know I have said that a million times, but this will be the week.  I was so dizzy today that I didn't think it would be a good idea, so instead I just did 40 minutes of cardio before dinner.

  • Hi. Sorry to hear that you were ill. I hope things go well for you this coming week. You and I are near the same weight now, I was 129 today! :) I am hanging out at MyFitnessPal , hopefully SF will get back to its lively site before too much longer. Keep well. DeeDee

  • I had been off work for a few days and my weight goes down when I have been off. My wt today is 132, so down 4 lbs. but that will probably change.  I don't seem to eat enough when I am off work.  I do get my water in which is good. I certainly don't want another bout of low bp like early this week.  So because I was in the hospital earlier this week I didn't get to walk much. I was on bedrest for almost 2 days. Then I had to take it slow.  I still haven't measured, but I think I will later today and let you know where I am with that.
