Been off line and just got back.  Saw your post and got a chuckle.  Not in a bad way.  It is good to have the buddy system and YES, at times it does feel like a confessional.  It's good to get stuff out there.  I am a cookie dough freak myself so know what you mean.  WHAT is it about cookie dough?  I have tried the cookie dough meal replacements and snack bars but it just is not the same thing.  Usually triggers my need to feed on the real thing so I stay away from them now.  Hope everything went good on your weigh in.  And even if it did not don't let that discourage you to keep at it.

Dang!  It was a Tuesday night, dark and stormy....and I totally broke down and had some cookie dough for dinner.  A hearty portion.  See, I respect and fear my sweet tooth, so when I'm trying to lose weight I just won't keep sweets around...but if I have butter, sugar and an egg I can easily whip up a batch of cookie dough.  Doh!  So I've felt bad about that all week.  I watched calories Wednesday and got back on the Slim Fast plan Thursday, but I have my first weigh in tommorrow and hope I didn't totally kill all the work I did this week.  I'm hoping for a 2 pound loss, but am worried I'm set for disappointment.  By the way, I like the idea of having a group buddy system...even if this feels a bit more like confessional, haha.
