Good luck to you Amber! I know you can do it if you stay focused on the goal. I just decided yesterday to get started and I blew it already, so I am starting over with today. I think I will do better today because I have to work and that will keep me busy. I packed my lunch for the first time in a long time. Normally I always go out to eat and I don't always go for something "healthy" and the portion sizes are too large and I just flat-out eat too much! I agree with you about the meal plans, shopping lists and recipes. I think I will succeed with all the support this site has to offer. You will too.

Today's my first day trying this out.  I am 30 5'3" and 205 lbs.  I really want to lose weight and adopt healthier eating habits before my husband and I try to start having kids.  I also want to really live and enjoy each moment without worrying/thinking about my weight.  I've tried other plans in the past and want to give this one a shot.  I really like the meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists.  I also like that there are no points to count!!
