Welcome. I'm trying to lose 60-70 lbs. I just to run almost every morning but my life has changed. I have a husband, 1 yr old son and a regular 9-5 job. my schedule doesnt permit me to run when i like, which is in the morning, so I just kind of stopped. I was getting up in the morning to get on the treadmill but getting up at 4:30 to get on a hamster wheel is hard.

I wanted to introduce myself to the group!  I'm new here at the Slim-Fast web site!  My name is Tonya (23), I am happily married to the love of my life, Daniel (28) who is Active Duty Army --yes, I'm an Army Wife-- and we have a daughter, Faith (4).

I joined the Slim-Fast web site today to help me lose 20-50 pounds to get back into shape and so I can feel better about myself.  I would like to get back into shape so I can start my daily running and exercise routine I had before I started living a sedentary lifestyle, after Faith was born I stopped my exercise routine and became "lazy" if you will.  I would like to change that and start eating healthier and living a more healthy, active life.

I am looking forward to talking and meeting other women who are on the same journey as myself!  If anyone wants to know anything about me, please feel free to ask!
