    I know that you can do it and your wedding day will be beautiful!   I have 4 kids and I have also packed on the pounds.  I have 40lbs to lose as well.  I started last week but had a bad day or two.  Today, I am putting that behind me and starting fresh!

I'm on day 3 of my diet...did really great yesterday!  So far so good for today too.  I have my wedding coming up in 68 days and because of a very high stress peak season at my day job, I packed on WAY too many pounds from stress eating in the past few months.  I want to lose about 40 lbs, but according to the calculator, I can lose about 18 by my wedding day.  That's a big difference for me, so I'm going for it!  Sticking to the diet with no wavering!
