Hello Everyone,

   I am a mother of 4 children and I have gained a ton of weight in recent years due to the last two pregnancies, a sit down job, my Master's degree program and no time to work out.  I lost over 20 lbs on Slim Fast after my first two children and I am hopeful that I can do it again.  This time, I have about 40 lbs to lose.  I am motivated and since I love chocolate, Slim Fast not only fills me, it satisfies the chocolate cravings too.  My problem is time and the fact that my coworkers love to cook and bring in goodies.  There are always donuts, cookies, cakes, etc.  I find that I often eat for the wrong reasons like stress, tired, bored, social, cravings and emotions.  I think that sticking to slim fast shakes and the slim fast peanut butter crunch snack bars (they taste like butterfinger bars) will help me.  I also eat fruit for my snacks.  Once I lose the weight, then I can try getting off of the slim fast or only using it once a day to keep the weight off.  I bought some Pilates and Dance DVDs and the Wii Fit to vary my workout routine.  My 4 year old and 3 year old keep me busy but don't help me with getting the weight off.  Thanks for everyone's support and understanding, it really means a lot to me.  I am on day two, I started out 178 and am already down a pound to 177.  I know that I have a long way to go but I need to celebrate the little results to keep myself motivated.
