  • Same here after having my three kids my metabolism is gone I use to eat whatever I want and now gain I when I eat anything.

  • I hear you there. My metabolism disappeared when I turned 30. When scale stopped at 140, I knew I had to do something before it got out of control. I just finished my 3rd week and lost 7 lbs. Sticking with this diet has helped me to not over eat. That along with cardio workout, I hope to see inches come off as well. I know it's hard working full time and going to school full time but if you can get in at least 30 minutes on treadmill, I think you'll do great. Good luck.

  • For the majority of my life I was UNDER weight so now that I am OVER weight it's a bit hard to swallow, not to mention uncomfortable.  It started in my mid-20's first 20lbs...then another 20lbs...then another!!!  Before I knew it I had gone from being about 110 to be 167!!  I'm almost 29 and 5'4 and the "ideal weight" for my height, I believe, is 134 depending who you ask.  About two years ago I went on a crazy diet, hired a trainer and worked my behind off (literally) until I got down to 118 which, I felt, was a good weight for me.  Needless to say, it didn't last and I have gained it all back.  I have a very BUSY schedule, working full time and also going to school full time so it's really hard for me to stick to diet and exercise plans...Hopefully this will be the one that works!!
