My husband really likes the chicken noodle so I tend to buy a lot of those kinds and I try to check out the nutrition facts before I buy them to find ones that are low in calories and in sodium.  

I was at a friends place this weekend so I didn't get to workout but I did this morning.  Hope the weekend went well for you!  I didn't eat very healthy but will be better this week now that the weekend is over!

yeah totally! I just started the program yesterday...so far so good. though I slipped up a little last night...(have a little too much to snack on, but it was mostly pretzels so it wasn't terrible). hopefully we can help keep each other on track!

I feel the same way! I went to Moe's and ate this huge burrito today, but I will go to the gym tomorrow. What type of soup do you like? i haven't had soup in a while. I usually get the Ramen noodles, but it's loaded with sodium:( I was going to go to the gym today, but after the burrito I felt tired.lol Anyways, have a great night:)

Well...I'm fed up with the way I look and feel so I went today and bought the items I need to get started tomorrow. Hopefully I can shed those extra pounds that snuck up on me somewhere along the line.

Got my 30 minute workout done this morning.  I over ate on baked fries, cheese cake, and a burger for lunch today!  Every Thursday we grill here at work.  Makes it tough for me on Thursdays.  I will just have soup tonight for since that has low calories and I had so many this noon!  If I feel ambitious I will probably workout for another thirty minutes tonight while I watch my show.
