I'm a 20 year old from Maine. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 170lbs. I'm a third year art education major at the University of Maine. :)

I'm looking to loose around 40-45 lbs by the beginning of June 2010. (Want to finally look decent in a two piece) I'm just tired of gaining weight and not looking good in clothes anymore. My metabolism has gone way down since I've gone to college and I'm tired of it.

I plan on following the slim fast diet, exercising in the gym 2-3 times a week and using Jillian Michaels 30-day shred most days of the week.

This all starts next week for me. I'm finishing up all the junk in my house, so when I go grocery shopping I will buy what I eat and not eat the yummier things. :P My boyfriend has also agreed to at least do the better eating and gym part of my diet.

If anyone has any tips on how to lose those friggen muffin tops, let me know! That's where all my fat seems to go. I know I definitely tend to snack a bit and don't portion meals well. I also tend to spend spare time in front of my computer playing video games which I know has probably killed my metabolism. I plan on changing that habit quite a bit.

But that's enough about me! Any tips, advice, anything would be cool!
