I'm starting out also, but I've heard that drinking water helps. It's hard to do but supposedly the idea is to drink 8oz of water each time 1/2 hour before you eat and it will help you have a more "full" feeling. We can try it together. I don't know if I have the self-control to drink water and wait a half hour before I eat anything but I will try. Also setting a schedule of when you will eat your snacks and meals will supposedly help because then you can tell yourself that you will make it to that time.  Good luck!

I'm new to slim fast, too.  I just started today.  I was watching Dr. Phil today, and there was a doctor on the show talking about if you are over 30 lbs overweight then you have some level of insulin resistance, which can contribute to you feeling like your hungry all the time.  The extra fat in our bodies release hormones that make us want to eat more and block the signal to the brain that we're full. 

It's a theory about why you might feel hungry all the time.  Kinda makes sense.

Hi, I'm new here and I really want to lose weight.  I've tried so many diets and nothing seems to work. I hope slim fast can help me.  I just need to get motivated.  What kinds of tricks do you guys do to lose weight.  I find my self hungry all the time and I really don't know why.
