HI! I am new too. How often does everyone weigh in? I had a baby six months ago and I am really anxious to start looking like my pre-preg self again (somehow it's starting to seem unrealistic). I gained 40 pounds and have lost 24 of them so far. 16 more to go! I have been at this plateau, however, for five months and I hope this SF diet will kick it up a bit. I don't like the soy taste in the drinks- do the SF meal bars have that soy taste?

I'm new and curious of what to expect.  How much did you lose your first week?

hi! i am so excited to join a group. first time. unsure how this works but i am willing to learn. slimfast is working for me. i did try in the past with every diet plan you can imagine. it has been 2 wks. i have lost . i do know its tough to change your ways. but i am encouraged to stick to the slimfast plan.
