Same here i am  213 AGAIN & would love to be under  200 by the new year i KNOW it's possible .  My problem is i don't exercise & i should be ashamed i am forner  Army & know all about being in shape. This is my last ditch effort . I am sick & tired of being tired all the time . I want the old me back ....we can do this !

I think Slim Fast works very well...when I was going through my divorce and hurt my back I go up to about 210...then down to about 170 using Slim Fast.  I've used plenty of other diets, including Weight Watchers and LA Weight Loss and using a personal trainer, but Slim Fast seemed to work the best...probably because it's cheaper and I don't need to sign up for something or buy too much stuff.  Over the last year I've gotten down to 160...but I really lost my motivation.  I really want to be within my BMI range...my back is much better after having surgery and loosing weight but I still bothers me sometimes.  I'm trying to loose 6 pounds by Thanksgiving!!

So, you can totally loose 16 pound by Jan. 1!!!

hi ya'll! well here i am again...starting a new diet. i have faith in this one just like i did all the others....i weight 216 now and i want to be under 200 by jan 1st...is it possible? i hope so!! does anyone have tips or a good story to share? any tips and motivation would be appreciated!
