I got rid of all the Halloween treats last night...exept for the Skittles because I don't like them, and my daughters love them.

I took my kids on a hike today (a paved trail....so not really a hike, but I can't push their stroller through dirt).  I felt bad for getting an egg salad sandwich at the end of it instead of my lunch shake...I mean, day 1 and I'm cheating already.  Then I found out that the 1.5 mile trail was actually over 5 miles!  I am exhausted but happy.  :)

If anyone is looking for a diet buddy, I'm interested!  I have twins who are 2 1/2, I'm a single mom and graduate student, and would like to loose at least 5 pounds by my 27th birthday (this month!)  I lost about 35 pounds a year ago, and have lost my motivation even though I need to loose 15 more to be in my "normal" BMI range.
