I am 28 years old and need a buddy to keep me on track.  I have battled my wight my whole high school and adult life.  Most of the problem is I procrastinate badly!!!  I have all the good intentions of walking or exercising and eating weight, but I make excuses and don't do it.  I am also on a tight budget...one of my main excuses!  I live paycheck to paycheck and need low cost meal and snack ideas that won't go bad before I can eat them.  If anyone is up for a challenge here I am!
