Well I am not new to Slimfast. I have done it many times but always kinda fell off, also did WW for awhile in 2007 and lost 40lbs which was great but since then I have fell off and gained back plus some. When I stuck to it and eat and exercise I saw results. But now I am going full force. Today Oct.1,2009 is my first day and I am wanting to lose mini goal (10lbs). major mini goal (75lbs). I know i make alot of small goals so I can celebrate success. I would love to accompany you on this journey.
