Welcome Back!  The great thing is if you did it once, you can do it again.  Sounds like you've got lots of motivation, now you just have to DO it.  I'm sure it was just great to be back home and easy to indulge in food you had missed while you were gone...now that you have settled back in it looks like it's time to get back on track...portion control, switching on a meal or two with SF shakes and definitely back to working out.  Remember how good it feels to feel strong and powerful?  Just pull on that emotion every time you want to give up or give in.  Stay strong and stay focused...you CAN do this!

Well, long story short... Over a year ago before i went to Iraq, I lost 20 lbs, was in a great shape, running better than ever... While i was there, i hit the Gym hard, acomplished my goals, everything was great. About a month before we came back, i stopped working out, and havent done it since, i've been on vacation enjoying HOME, but its enough, time to get back on track cuz after all im still a Soldier!
