    I hate to exercise. I think most ppl fall in this catagory. I do have a recum. bike but the most work out I have gotten from it is dusting it, LOL. I know better BUT???

    My doctor's "help" involved a diet and exercise plan of my choice. I was upset at the time, but I guess he was right. Here I am working diligently on weight loss and getting fit. What fitness plans are you following?? I found a walking challenge, but I have not found much else in the form...

    my training routines will be, by the fact I'm male and have a fair amount of muscle under a layer of unwanted fat, a bitdifferent than yours, but I'm good a encouraging others and would love to have a few training buddies to help push me along toward my goals!
