I'm going to make a new post for this week. And will be posting last week's total in the first post :) and also a goal distance for this week, that we can aim for or not... your choice... it'll be a group total though, not individual totals.

Sun. 3 - 22 -  1 mile                      Wed. 3 - 25 - 6 miles           Sat. 3 -28 - 8 1/2 miles

Mon. 3 - 23 -  2 miles                   Thurs. 3 - 26 -3 miles

Tues. 3 - 24-  2  1/2miles            Fri. 3 -27 - 4 miles

Well, I understand about the wet soggy ground.  I get that as soon as the snow is all gone I won't be able to walk with my dogs unless I get hip waders!!!!!!!!!LOL  I will be able to still walk but I will have to leave my dogs at home because the nieghbor up the road will have a fit if I take them up that way even on a leash so I stay pretty much down where I don't have any neighbors.  I don't want them to get in the habit of going up the road when I am not with them either.  I am hoping I can afford to put up a fence so they can get more exercise than what they can if I put them on a runner.  Also they won't get tangled around a tree either if I fence them in.  When I go back to work I might get 8 miles in during a week.  Keep up the good work when it gets better weather you will get more walking in.  Teri

Thanks for that response, Teri.  I have my hands full being the taxi driver for my kids.    Walking is somethiing new to me.  Really just started it about 2 years ago.  Before that, I just did aerobic workouts at home.  Maybe someday!!! hehe You are my walking inspiration!!

WE can all do this, whether it is walking, or in the gym or just in our living rooms.  Good luck to us all.

Egads, it feels like forever since I've been on here. I haven't had the time. With all of the bad weather recently, Mike and I have been spending all of our night over at a friend's place because of tornado warnings. The rain has made our yard a bog, so we haven't want to leave the house either.

But, for the past week, I've walked a total of 8 miles.
