Hi everyone! If you have Netflix, go to their Sports & Fitness section! They have alot of the bigger name videos such as Jillian Michaels, The Biggest Loser, Tae Bo... And every type of workout you could imagine- dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts... This could be a really great option for people looking for a new workout to try, to keep changing your workout and stay motivated without getting bored, or to try out something you have been curious about. Just thought I would share! I'm going to fill up my Queue right now LOL.
