Hi Fitness Group,

         I'm Jovan the exercise programs that I will be following is 'Core Rhythms' and using the Total Gym XL for resistance training, but you can find all this information and so much more on my profile and recent posts. I'm looking forward to sharing everything that I'm experiencing in my new healthier and successful lifestyle.

My current weight is 230 lbs and wanting to get down to 180 lbs or to a size 12. I'm 5'6 and I've used the Total Gym before with great results but after my second child the motivation and energy are not as present as I would like. That's why I joined onto the Slim Fast Community so that I can get and give comments, and get and give support for the challenges of losing weight. I can't wait to read everyones' posts and getting started into my new life :0D
