Hi Redsonja..What part of Florida are you from? I live in North Florida. I could never live anywhere else but here. I DONT like the cold!! The winters here are enough for me. Being so close to Alabama & Georgia we actually do have a winter. It's not as cold as where u are but ist cold enough for me. Anyway I ride my excercise bike. I try to ride and burn off half of what I eat during the day.

Hello redsonja and glad to hear from you.  I have been doing waterarob. classes for 5 years and teaching for 3 plus.  This is the first time I have really stuck to aweight program since I became a life member of Weight Watchers.  Lost the 17 lbs. since June 26th. and have another 16 to go.  The Dr. said to loose 2 lbs. a month and next year on your Birthday you will be at your goal.  So by the end of August I hope to be there.  But I really want to loose it faster as my oldest Grandson graduates from High School in June.

I am also an "older" lady. I need to do something besides walk the dog. I use to live in Florida, but am now in North Carolina. Gotta keep those bones young.
