I am having horrible sugar cravings today. Sugar is my addiction and I prefer it in liquid form. Seriously half of my calories were previously coming from what I was drinking each day. Very sweet coffee with creamer, sodas, more coffee, juice and even milk would suffice if nothing sweeter was handy....

I know the feeling !!! When I start on anything sweet I think i can't stop until it's all gone. I try not to have it in the house for one thing. If it's not there you are not tempted. I love sweets !! I have always heard that if you snack on cheese it will curb the sweet craving. I tried...
