  • Getting bored with my meal plan! Healthy substitutions?

    My biggest problem is that I get on a meal plan and it's great for a few weeks and then I just get flat bored of eating the same thing! I'm on the 1300 calorie meal plan and I love my choices for meals, but my snacks so far have been consisting of carrots, grapes, and celery with cream cheese...

  • Still hungry PLEASE HELP!!!

    Day 2 I am following the plan, but I am still so hungry. I have a shake for breakfast, a slimfast snack bar , a shake for lunch then another snack bar a small dinner then a snack before bed. So far I am staying with it but I feel so hungry. Please help
