  • Still hungry PLEASE HELP!!!

    Day 2 I am following the plan, but I am still so hungry. I have a shake for breakfast, a slimfast snack bar , a shake for lunch then another snack bar a small dinner then a snack before bed. So far I am staying with it but I feel so hungry. Please help

  • 15 and 40 pounds to loose in 4 months! Help!!!!

    Okay so I'm 15 almost 16 next month. And i just found out a couple weeks ago that I have high insulin, insulin resestance,pre diabetes, high blood pressure , and I lost my period as a result of that. The docter says he thinks its hereditary. but he's not sure if those are all conected somehow...
