    I discovered long ago, that I can't eat just one, so when I do "Fall off the Wagon" I just tell myself, "Well, you ruined it today, so you might as well eat what you want and start over tommorrow. Then tomorrow comes and I eat something else I shouldn't, so I tell my self to heck...
