Still hungry PLEASE HELP!!!

Day 2 I am following the plan, but I am still so hungry. I have a shake for breakfast, a slimfast snack bar , a shake for lunch then another snack bar a small dinner then a snack before bed. So far I am staying with it but I feel so hungry. Please help

It seems like since I started the Slim Fast Program, it is easier to walk away from the sweet stuff. Tossing all of the sweet stuff out of the house may not be practical but at least you don't have to buy anymore. Your Husband and son really need to be more supportive of you.
