  • PEPSI

    Hi, I was wondering if any one else has had a Pepsi crutch in the past. I seem to be having an extremely hard time not drinking it and I know that soda is one of my biggest weight gaining substances! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

  • Still hungry PLEASE HELP!!!

    Day 2 I am following the plan, but I am still so hungry. I have a shake for breakfast, a slimfast snack bar , a shake for lunch then another snack bar a small dinner then a snack before bed. So far I am staying with it but I feel so hungry. Please help
