second set of coupons

Does anyone know how you're supposed to get your second set of coupons?? When I signed up shortly after new year's, I downloaded the first set of coupons and now I've been waiting for the second set of coupons and I haven't gotten them yet!!! Any help would be appreciated. Cyndi

Hi, You don't have to give everything up to lose weight.There are a lot of 100 calorie sweet or salty snacks out there that are really good, and could fit into a healthier lifestyle.There are also lower cal wholegrain breads with a good amount of fiber to help fill you. I found when I eat these instead...

Well first , Congrats on losing 3LBS.! I personally try to find I healthier option that satisfies, my salty or sweet or both,craving.I like trail mixes,with a combination of dried fruits, nuts and a little chocolate.Satisfies the sweet salty, and crunchy craving.It for the most part, quelches my cravings...
