My husband actually enjoys being in the kitchen thanks to those! haha! They even make some you can steam and pop right in the microwave.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another thing you can do is slow cook at night then keep it in the fridge during the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Being a working Mom is tough! She is almost 3 months old now, and I have gone back to work. But I&amp;#39;m having trouble just grabbing something on the way home from work so that I can focus on my daughter when I get there. But of course I cant eat a salad in the car so I go for the easy stuff, like a hamburger or fries. Any suggestions on quick healthy meals that I can cook when I get home so I can spend more time with my daughter?
